Shipping policy

Delivery is 5–7 business days, free US shipping. Every US order ships free. You'll receive a tracking number by email; tracking may take a few days to update. We currently ship within the US only. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.
Lost or delayed: If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order date, email support@tenthwell.com. Orders with Shipping Protection that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit are replaced at no extra cost.
Address changes: Email us within 12 hours of placing your order.
