How to request a return: 1) Email support@tenthwell.com with your order number and reason. 2) We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first. 3) Ship the item(s) back with tracking.
Return shipping: The customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived defective or damaged, in which case we cover return shipping or send a replacement.
Refunds: Once your return is received, we refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Non-refundable: Shipping protection and extended warranty add-ons are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Damaged/defective: Email support@tenthwell.com with your order number and a photo or short description and we'll make it right.
